This is one of the handiest accessories ever for the drill press. If you use your drill press to drum sand this is an absolute must. Adjust the hose to any position you like and it will stay right where you put it! Add on nozzles for any type of drill press job! The Drill Press Dust Collector fits most standard table and floor model Drill Presses. Some drill presses
may require an adaptor plate or an extra link to extend the nozzle tip closer to the dust source.The kit comes with 12” of Rigid Flex-Lock Hose, 1ea. UHMW adaptor bell, 1ea. 2 1/2” hose adaptor, and 1ea. tapered nozzle.

This mounting bracket can be used to mount any 2 1/2" ID hose to your drill press.

Drill Press Dust Collector Adaptor Plate

The drill press dust collector adaptor plate is used for drill presses that are to small to allow the dust collection system to attach properly. It fits directly on to the motor mount to project the setup outward from the machine.

4" to 21/2" Reducer

4” to 2½” allows you to reduce from a 4” hose down to a 2½” hose. Hose clamps are required for this type of connection or the small end accepts a standard 2¼” Shop-
Vac® hose end. Only one hose clamp is required on the opposite 4” end for this type of connection.

2 1/2" Splice Fitting

Splice fittings are used simply to connect two sections of dust collection hose together. You can use them on long runs of hose line or short runs of hose line. Hose clamps are required for proper connection . The 2-1/2” fitting will accept a 2-1/4” Shop-Vac® hose. This will allow you to join two Shop-Vac® hoses end to end with no hose clamps.

12" Rigid Flex-Lock Hose

Rigid Flex-Lock Hose unique ball and socket design is fully hand adjustable in both position and length. Bending doesn't decrease the inside diameter. Repeated positioning is easy and it will stay in position without any spring-back. Creep due to machine vibration is eliminated.

Snap-In 2" Rigid Flex-Lock Adaptor

The 2" adaptor snaps right on to the Rigid Flex-Lock links witch then allows you to attach a 2" hose to it. With the addition of a 2 1/2" splice you may then install a 2 1/2" standard dust collection hose.

Rigid Flex-Lock Tapered Nozzle

This Tapered Nozzle comes standard with the Drill Press Dust Collector and only fits our Rigid Flex-Lock Hose.
