The Microplane® Stainless Steel Disc Sander and Rasps are made from hardened stainless steel with a patented etched blade technology. Each disc or rasp has hundreds of razor-sharp teeth which cut the wood instead of scraping like conventional sandpaper. Sanding disc for 5" random orbit sanders. rasp available in 3" and 8" sizes.

Microplane Stainless
Steel Sandpaper Discs are meant
primarily for use on hard or soft
wood only. Use with other
materials may reduce the life of
the sanding discs.

is needed to get terrific results.

Use a flat blade
screwdriver or trowel to remove
the Stainless Steel Sandpaper,
being careful not to bend or disfigure
sanding disc.

holes and shape inside curves, cut much faster and leave a
smoother finish than any similar tools. Use on wood, plastic,
sheetrock, rubber, and similar materials. Fine tooth pattern
designed for intricate, delicate cuts. Protect your Microplane® Shaping Rasps by applying light pressure to the end and back of the tool while using, this will provide more stability and control to your cuts. The fixed handle rasps are a great alternative to the standard type of rasps and will cut and out-last any other rasp on the market.
