By closing up the opening in the base of your router to match the diameter of smaller bits, you will reduce the risk of getting small pieces of wood between the bit and the plate opening. This lessens the chance of kick back while running your router. The bushings also provide support for smaller workpieces, increase dust collection efficiency and also help reduce tear-out. This convenient set comes with seven different size bushings with openings of: 5/32", 9/32", 13/32", 17/32", 21/32", 25/32", 29/32" and two locking nuts. The bushings will fit router bases or router table inserts with a standard 1-3/8” diameter - recessed opening that accepts template guide bushings. Each bushing will accept a router bit that is at least 1/32” smaller than the bushing size. Example: the 5/32” bushing will accept a 1/8” router bit.

This uniquely designed bushing guide centering pin works with 1/4" or 1/2" shank router collets. Chuck the straight
end into router collet, and raise the bushing guide until it centers on the tapered edges of the centering pin to align the base plate to the collet. This will give you perfect router bit alignment. The center pin is positioning device only and is not to be used on any running machinery.

This kit allows you to change the depth of your rabbeting bits, or convert regular bits into top-bearing pattern or lettering
bits. Give your router bits an additional 2-1/4" (or 2" for #36259) when you extend them through the router table top with our router collet extension. Eliminate the dangerous temptation of withdrawing the shank from the collet in order to raise the bit and to “provide the full depth of cut.” The router collet extension makes it possible to use all diameters of 1/2" and 1/4" shank bits safely. This handy set-up tool is designed to fit both 1/4" and 1/2" router collets, and center the base plate to the collet. It’s vital for inlay work, pattern router, and using any precision fence system. It will also indicate the exact center of any bit cut, which is important when locating grooves and dadoes. Pre-drilled for most any router, this plate also includes
a smartly designed centering pin that centers the guide to the router collet. Install a Porter-Cable style guide bushing
(not included), use the centering pin to line-up the base plate to the collet, install your bit for perfect alignment. Plate has a 1-3/16" dia. center hole that will accept our inlay or template guide kit.

Use your router and bushing guide to create unique lettered or numbered signs. A built in spacing system makes alignment of letters or numbers very quick and simple. The set includes letters or numbers in 1-1/2" and 2-1/2"sizes. This template set will work on stock from 4" to 12" wide. Router, bit, bushing and router not included.

A lot of times, when you place your router plate with a router
attached to it into your table top, there is quite a bit of play
from side to side or back and forth. Our cam action side adjusters remedy this problem by applying Firm pressure to three points. The cam action side adjusters work because of an offset drill hole, which pushes the edge of the adjuster tight up against the router table opening when you rotate the adjuster clockwise. Includes three cam action side adjusters.
Note: Drilling and countersink of router plate is required for proper installation.
