Our Router Tops measure a full 1 3/8" thick for stability.To prevent warping we have laminated the top and bottom. All our router tops come with the Premium Phenolic Router Plate plate to mount the router on. It also has a 3/4" x  3/8" miter track and two Mini-T-Tracks to lock a fence in place.

“Simply a great router table”. When this table was in the design stage, it was decided to go back to the basics. That is precisely what we have done! The table itself is 1 3/8” of solid MDF, not two pieces glued together. The top and the bottom are both laminated to keep the moisture out to prevent any type of warping. The Miter track pulls double duty since we added the mini track to provide more versatility than ever before.

The Supreme Router Table package comes with all the “bells and whistles”! The 1-3/8” thick HDF table top has a high pressure plastic laminate on the top. A lamination is applied on the bottom to keep moisture out to prevent warping. A phenolic router plate and two sixteen inch Uni-T-fence sections are included. Adjust them any way you like, you can add anything you need to them, including: large featherboards, small featherboards, stop blocks and more. The UHMW insert fences are replaceable, and sacrificial, meaning you can make zero clearance cut outs for any particular router bit. A handy removable dust port system connects a standard 2-1/2” Shop-Vac® hose.

The Precision Router Table Fence features a T-square style design which keeps the fence permanently parallel to the miter slot. This automatic squaring lets you fully utilize your miter slot and makes it easier than ever to make small adjustments on the fly. The fence also includes two fully independent fence faces, allowing the router table to double as a vertical jointer. The Table Top of the Precision Router Table is made from a vibration and noise resistant MDF which features an Easy-Slide™ Micro-Dot skin – constructed from a high-pressure laminate – which makes it easy to slide work pieces across the surface. The standard sized insert plate (9-1/4” x 11-3/4” x 3/8”) has been designed to mount to any router. Utilizing your router’s base plate and the easy to use template (included), mounting the insert plate to almost any router leaves you with a perfect custom fit and without all of the extra holes. Dual reducing rings (2”, 1-13/64”) boast three independent leveling/ lock-down screws and compatibility with standard Porter-Cable guide bushings for fast and easy template routing on your router table. The Precision Router Table Top rests on the Kreg Universal Steel Stand. This rugged stand is adjustable from 31” to 36” in height, and is constructed from an incredibly durable steel.

Woodworkers have found this plan to be a good starting place to build a custom Router Table to meet their own needs. Change as needed to make it your own, change the router plate size for a monster router or change the overall height if you are one of those tall one's.

Our portable router table allows you to fold your table top in convenient easy to store package. The table top is equipped with a Miter Mini combination track, which allows you to use a standard miter bar as well as giving you the ability to add many different jigs and fixtures. The router plate is 9” x 12” which will fit virtually any router.

This portable table package includes the Deluxe fence kit which is two MDF fence plates supported by a solid aluminum "L" fence with built in track that will comfortably accommodate router bits up to 3-1/2” in diameter and comes with all the necessary parts for quick and simple assembly. The system is also equipped with a dust port that envelopes the opening between the two MDF fence plates. The mounting fence has a unique shim system; each side of the fence can be shimmed with an aluminum bar that is inserted into offset tracks of varying depth, which in turn nudges your fence forward to the desired depth. Tall adjustment knobs allow for easy access for moving your fence forward and backward.

making your cuts. Our Router Table Downdraft Box attaches directly
underneath your router table top and surrounds the entire router
itself, giving you more dust collection control than on a typical router
table dust collection unit. Measuring 13" x 10" x 14" deep the downdraft box is designed to house most types of routers and router lifts. Made out of stamped steel, the box is easy to assemble and has a large access door panel allowing for easy access to make adjustments to your router when necessary. The unit has a drop-off hole cut into the bottom for attaching the 4" dustport (included) and hose (not included) to the box.
