With the addition of this optional cutter to your basic 2 piece Premier Adjustable Rail & Stile set, you have the ability to create any shape and style of glass panel door with either traditional stub tenons or extended tenons for extra strength and durability. This cutter also gives you the capability to make screen doors. One cutter fits all five profiles of the basic 2 piece set.

Making double-sided doors has never been easier! Optional double sided door cutter for the Premier Adjustable Rail & Stile router bits. Used with corresponding Premier Rail & Stile bits allows for double profile doors with variable thicknesses and long tenons. Perfect matching profile on all doors because it's the same set of router bits. Simply remove the top portion of the cutter (including bearing and spindle) to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons or bridle joints. These precise bits work for any door 5/8" to 1-1/4" thick. Unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout. Adjustable shims enable a tight fit when using plywood and also allow use with thick panels from 7/32" to 1/4" thick.Bits feature Freud's Perma-Shield coating that reduces heat and pitch build up along with rust, and Freud's TiCo Hi-Density Carbide to maximize bit life and material finish.

Mini Rail & Stile Bit Ogee profile 1 1/4" diameter with 1/2" shank and cuts 3/8" to 11/16" stock. Great for small projects and produce flawless raise panel doors when combined with Freud's raised panel bits.
