The versatile hold-down clamp included with every Dubby will give you an extremely safe way to cut small pieces, and will easily pivot out of the way when you don’t need it. With 35 lbs. of hold-down pressure, the clamp will hold small pieces as you cut them with your fingers out of harms way.The Dubby system is available in three different packages: Left Side Cutting package, Right Side Cutting package, and the Deluxe Double Dubby package, which includes both the left and right side Dubby’s.

ANTI-KICKBACK HOLD DOWN DEVICES

Board Mates use non-marring neoprene rubber wheels that turn clockwise only, these wheels work as anti kickback and hold down devices. The Board Mates body is made of die-cast aluminum with a spring loaded swing arm that applies pressure down on a work piece as it rolls under the anti-kickback wheels. The Board Mates system has adjustments for spring tension as well as forward and backwards body adjustment after mounting. Board Mates come in pairs which can be mounted on fences 1-1/2” to 3” high x 1” or wider. Each Board Mate consists of mounting bracket, swing arm body with spring, and a adjustable roller.

Link Belts reduce vibration in any belt driven machine! Common V-belts develop a "memory" and retain their non-operating shape causing annoying and unnecessary machine vibration. Unlike V-belts, these specially engineered link belts do not develop a "memory", but retain their flexibility for smooth operation. Link Belt is 1/2" wide.

Cut perfect miters consistently with the Precision Miter Gauge System. A number of unique features makes this the most accurate miter gauge on the market today. Factory calibrated accuracy starts with a gauge head that is machined on a computerized milling machine for absolute precision. An easy-to-read Vernier scale enables precise angle adjustments up to 1/10th of a degree. Five patented bar adjusters take up the play in the table slot for a perfect fit. A 24” Heavy Duty Trak section with patented flipstop and self-adhesive measuring tape is included.

This clamping miter gauge is safer than your standard miter gauge since it keeps your hands away from the blade. It has a comfortable grip, built in sliding stop, and a positive trigger clamping action. It fits all 3/4” x 3/8” standard miter slots and has positive angle stops at 90° and 45° both left and right.

This Delta Miter Gauge is accurately constructed with adjustable positive stops at 90, 15, 22-1/2, 30, 45, and 60 degrees left and right. The 18-1/4” guide bar offers adjustment screws to custom fit the miter slot of your machine. A large hand knob provides positive control of the miter gauge.

Attach the cam miter hold down directly to your miter gauge by simply threading it into the top center hole. Once secure, place the stock you want to crosscut on your table saw and slide it squarely up against your miter gauge. Adjust the rubber foot height so that it fit's snuggly against the stock. Clamp the stock down by pushing the cam lever downward until you have the desired pressure to hold your stock, and proceed to making your cut. The cam miter hold down works on miter gauges with 1/2" - 20 thread holes. Works with #1250 below.

The 22'' Miter-T-Fence will improve work support close to the blade and will work on the left side or right side of your saw.The adjustable extruded aluminum fence increases the face of your miter gauge or miter saw and has a built in extension bar to increase the stop capacity to 36''. This fence can also be put onto your Miter saw for perfect repetitive cuts and a better extension. The fence can be easily taken on and off either tool to switch back and forth between tools. The 48'' fence is designed for your miter saw with a built in extension capacity of 86''. This fence can be used in conjunction with the 22'' fence to give your miter saw a fence for both sides for the ultimate fence system your shop will ever know.

Both fences include a stop block for the repetitive cuts and appropriate knobs and bolts for easy mounting on and off your various tools.

Use this UHMW to make jigs and fixtures for your table saw , router table, etc. These easy to cut 4'' x 36' 'sheets come in several thickness. Also use the 3/4" x 3/8" plastic strips to make sliding table jigs for your table saw, band saw or router table.

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene self-adhesive tape is perfect for jigs, drawers, fences and fixtures--wherever you need to make sliding parts slide easily. It's the right way to perfect your Delta table saw tenon jig, or to make that homemade miter fence glide smoothly across your saw. If it needs to slide you can either do something temporary (over & over) or you can use Slick Tape.

Our compact, Universal Fence Clamps allow you to secure a variety of shop made auxiliary fences to your existing table top fences without having the clamp block your work. The clamp arm simply fits into a 3/8” hole in the top of the auxiliary fence, keeping the clamp out your way. That simply means no more cumbersome wood screws or C clamps, and no need to screw into your expensive fence! Works great for table saws, band saws, cutoff saws, router
fences. Clamps come in sets of 2.

When making auxiliary fences most of us have the issue of our clamps getting in the way of the cut or in our line of site. With these new fully adjustable fence clamps, that problem disappears. These clamps won't interfere with your work and they can be used on many shop made auxiliary fences. The clamp pin will fit into a 3/8" hole drilled into your auxiliary fence. Note: Your fence should be at least 3/4" thick to ensure that there is enough clearance for the
3/8" hole. When fully extended the clamp measures approximately 5-3/4" in clamp apacity, which means it will fit almost any size tablesaw fence. With these clamps you won't have to worry about using those cumbersome C-clamps or wood screw clamps. More importantly you don't have to drill screw holes into your expensive
fence(s). The Adjustable Fence Clamps work great on tablesaw fences, router fences, re-saw fences for the bandsaw, and more. You can also use the clamps individually with a block of wood for a stop block. Each package comes with a set of two fully Adjustable Fence Clamps.

Finally a universal Precision Miter Bar for building virtually any sled or miter slot jig. With adjustable spring plungers, the miter bar maintains constant pressure against the walls of the miter slot so you have virtually no play side to side, while being able to slide through the slot with ease. The bar fits most standard 3/4” x 3/8” miter slots.
Made of hardened steel the Precision Miter Bar will not bend or twist like some of the plastic bars you may have. This is the perfect accessory for anyone who likes to build their own jigs and fixtures and who is concerned with quality.

The perfect accessory kit for attaching featherboard, hold-downs or virtually any type of jig you can think of to your table saw, router table, or any tool with a standard 3/4" x 3/8" miter gauge slot. The fixture kit works by applying outward pressure to the "walls" of the miter gauge slot. The "wedge" bolts push up into center counter sunk holes in the miter bar as they tighten with the star knobs, which pushes the center of the miter bar outward producing a nice tight fit.

When you need to make that slightly angled cut that is to long for your miter or chop saw, use the taper jig to make the job easier. Constructed of aluminum , this taper jig includes a built-in scale and is fully adjustable. Also has a backside stop to hold wood in place. It may be assembled for either left or right hand use. Use it with your rip fence to cut tapers up to 15 degrees (this is a 3” taper per foot). Overall length is a generous 24”
