HEAVY DUTY T-TRACK

Our T-Track is made in the USA out of 90% recycled aluminum to help our environment. The T-Track has a 1/8" wall which will not bow or twist and allows for everyday heavy use. The key to our system is a standard 3/8" hex head bolt that slides into the track. No more hunting for hard to find T-bolts or special locking pieces. The T-Track is perfect for building jigs and fixtures for your radial arm saw, workbench, drill press, miter saw, and various other machines. Our T-Track also works well for mounting anti-kickback devices to your table saw fence or router table fence

MINI T-TRACK

Just as the heavy duty T-Track will amaze you so will our Mini-T-Track. This unique multi-use track offers smaller size and durability when designing your woodworking jigs. The Mini T-Track system uses a standard 1/4" hex head bolt and knob. Still no hard to find locking devices are needed. Our Mini T-Track works great for those tedious jobs on your work bench, router table, and table saw. You can also use it as a guide bar for your miter slot in the table saw or router table. The smaller the job the better for this Mini-T-Track

Standard Miter T-Bar

The miter T-Bar fits the Standard Miter T-Tack below and all standard 3/8" x 3/4" equipment miter slots (table saw, drill press,bandsaw and other woodworking shop equipment)

With this unique Miter T-Bar you can build many different sliding jigs and fixtures for any shop tool with a standard miter slot.

Dual Combo Track

Our dual track combines all the same features of the Miter T-Track and Mini T-Track into one solid extrusion.

The Miter T-Track works with standard 3/8" x 3/4" miter gauges with or without T-slot washer and the Mini T-track works with standard 1/4" hex head bolts.

This track works great for shop built drill press tops and router table tops.The track gives both a track to slide jigs and miter bars in as well as a hold down slot for toggle clamps and other hold downs.

T-Track Cross Points

T-Track Cross Points allow for track to be installed so that  two T-Tracks cross at 90°.

With these T-Track Points you can build many types of jigs and fixtures for the shop, oval cutting jigs, two way sliding jigs for the drill press and table saw cross cutting sled plus much more.

Miter T-Track Locking Kit

Make your own jigs & hold-downs. Excellent for attaching feather boards, hold-downs, and special jigs to your table saw, router table, disc sander, or any other tool with a standard 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep miter gauge slot. The bars pull up tight in the slot as you tighten the knobs. These square-slot Bars fit both square and t-shaped miter gauge slots. Square-Slot Bars are 2-1/2" long and expand in the slot as you tighten the knobs. Each kit includes 2 each: jig bars, knobs with screws, and washers.

The perfect accessory kit for attaching featherboard, hold-downs or virtually any type of jig you can think of to your table saw, router table, or any tool with a standard 3/4" x 3/8" miter gauge slot. The fixture kit works by applying outward pressure to the "walls" of the miter gauge slot. The "wedge" bolts push up into center counter sunk holes in the miter bar as they tighten with the star knobs, which pushes the center of the miter bar outward producing a nice tight fit.

The Fixture Kit includes:

• 2 ea. expandable 4 3/4" long miter bars
• 2 ea. star knobs
• 2 ea. wedge bolts
• 2 ea. washers
• can be used with stock up to 1-1/4" thick

Our T-track rollers can be used on your drill press, router table and more! The rollers slide into standard size T-track (1/4" x 20 or 3/8" x 16) and are secured with knob. The hardened rubber wheels contain bearings inside so they rotate freely which in turn allows you to feed your stock through without sticking or moving outward from your fence.

These t-track hold down clamps are designed to work with our T - track opening for either 3/8" or 1/4" sizes. The bottom of the clamp slides neatly into your t-track slot, and is adjustable to anywhere along the track. The clamp is fitted
with a 2-3/8” brass foot for excellent holding power. The clamping capacity is approx. 2-1/8”. This package is available in packs of two in 1/4” or 3/8"sizes. T-track not included.

Add safety to your T-Track fence system with the addition of this toggle hold down. Finger tightened nuts allow you to position the 35 lb clamp anywhere along the track. Large 2" vertical adjustment of hold down foot.

Our Aluminum Hold Downs, both large and small are perfect for holding work pieces extra tight.

UHMW Jig Miter Bar

Use this UHMW Jig Bar to build sliding jigs for the table saw, drill press, band saw or any place you use a miter gauge. Slides easy. Can be drilled and tapped.

Make your very own custom jigs and fixtures with any of our convenient 32 piece or 129 piece hardware kits. The hardware kits come with assorted T-bolts, knobs, and inserts for making your jigs and fixtures to your specifications. The T-bolts, knobs and inserts are divided in aplastic case for easy organization and the removable dividers can be placed into any position you prefer. The kits are available in two differentsizes (1/4" x 20 tpi and 5/16" x 18 tpi ) and two different piece counts (32 piece and 129 piece)

Use these tall knobs to secure a router table fence, bandsaw fence and more. The tall knobs allow for easy adjustment,especially where reach may be an issue. The knobs are 4" long and have 1/4" x 20 threads.

Flip Stop

This all aluminum stop will put your cuts right on the money time after time. Flips out of the way if you need to make an odd cut in the middle of a run.

Repetitive cuts are easy with this flip stop on your fence. Finger tighten knob allows quick adjustment while the flip away stop allows end trimming of longer piece prior to final cut to length. Requires a minimum fence height of 2-5/16". Fits T-track accepting 7/16 width fasteners (1/4" bolt size) for the Mini T-track and 1/2" width fasteners( 3/8" bolt size) for Heavy Duty T-track.

The univeral stop block is used with the 3/8" x 16 T-Track to creat a fence stop block for accurate and repetitive cuts. You can lock the UNIVERSAL L SHAPE FENCE STOP BLOCK in place for specific length cuts. Designed for top mounting with Heavy Duty T-track.

The perfect stop for all your jigs and fences. Made of UHMW and comes with a 1/4" hex head bolt and knob to work with Mini-T-Track. The stop is sized to fit the Fence Backer Boards .

The UNI-T-Fence Stop Block is designed for top UNI-T-Fence or for 1/4" x 20 T-Track to creat a fence stop block for accurate and repetitive cuts. You can lock the UNI-T-Fence Stop Block in place for specific length cuts. Designed for front mounting with 1/4" x 20 T-Track.
