The Contour Sanding Grip Pads are double ended to make it super easy to sand convex or concave surfaces. Each pad has a convex profile at one end and a matching concave profile at the other end along with a narrow flexible section in the middle that can also be used for sanding. Angled Contour Sanding Grip 5 PC Set

Clean, Sharp Corners and Smooth Radius Edges. This set of contoured sanding grips has been designed to help you sand in the tightest of corners. Sand beads, round-over edges, corners of cabinet bases, sharp metal angles and a whole lot more! The set also includes an outside radius pad and a flat flexible pad for convex or concave curves.

Contour Sanding Grip Pads

Durable,flexible rubber grips allow you to easily sand contours, curves, profiles, and other hard to get at areas. Simply cut you paper to size and instead of folding it to get that tough spot, wrap it around one of the contoured grips!

Soft Sander™ Kit

Soft-Sanders are designed to sand almost any shape, and each Soft-Sander Block has been designed with a purpose. These pliable blocks fit comfortably in your hand and are extremely durable. The tapered edges of the blocks allow you to sand up to and underneath those hard to access places, while the smooth contours and soft edges virtually eliminate gouging. The kit contains six blocks of different shapes and 2 each of 2-3/4" x 5" sheets of 80, 100, 150, 180 and 220 grit SuperFlex sandpaper.

Lumberton Sanding Detailers

The unique sanding tool was specifically developed for those hard to reach sanding jobs. Hold it Just like a writing tool. Use the broad sides for flat shaping, and the rounded end for more detailed variable shapes. Color coded for easy identification.

Micro-Mesh®
Cushioned Abrasives 1/2" Buffing Sticks

Perfect for small touch-ups on glossy finishes, the Touch-up Stick is padded so it flexes and conforms gently to the work. We rely on these in our own shops for finish touch-ups and repairs. 

Micro-Mesh™ features tiny abrasive crystals on resilient cloth-backed latex. These gentle "cushioned" particles generate less heat and friction than ordinary finishing papers, don't load up as quickly, and last up to 15 times longer. Use Micro-Mesh with soapy water to produce a scratch-free mirror shine on finishes and pickguards. Great for repairing scratches and over spray. Use them for polishing frets, too.

Sanding Twigs 300 count Jar

CUSHIONED ABRASIVE SANDING TWIGS are the ideal solution to the age old issue of sanding in small, tight spaces. Not only are these twigs perfect for small spaces, they can be used on just about any type of material including, wood, metal, plastics, resins, composites, MDF and a whole lot more! Each twig has a polystyrene core layered with foam and sandpaper which creates a receptive cushioned abrasive surface. This comes in really handy with more delicate materials and projects. The adhesive will maintain its bond and not peel away when used under normal working conditions. Range from Fine, medium, to coarse grits. 300 assorted grit sanding sticks are included in every pack. Grits may vary from pack to pack and the size and lengths of each stick will slightly vary as well. You will get approximately 300 sanding sticks with a clear plastic jar with a thread on lid. The jar is perfect for storing your sanding sticks and makes it easy to identify which sanding stick you will need. The jar comes with a lid that helps keep moisture off the abrasive sanding sticks.

Sanding Twigs

DuraSand Sanding Twigs are great for even the smallest of places. Reach where other tools can not. Sanding twigs are great for reaching into tight spaces and narrow corners. With abrasive along two of the long edges and a slightly flexible consistency, they can quickly smooth out any rough edges on scroll saw work, turnings and marquetry. Use them wet or dry, and periodically rinse with water to renew the abrasive. They also work great for a variety of other craft projects in wood, plastic, metal and ceramic. Soft Touch 2" x 2" Sanding Pads with Galvanized Steel Dispenser

The more you get into to woodturning the more the reality of being organized comes into play. This couldn't be more true than when it comes to our abrasives. This unique dispenser accepts 2" x 2" Micro-Mesh abrasive pads Specifically designed for the Micro-Mesh 2" x 2" nine pack of abrasives, this dispenser has color coded grit chart to help keep your pads in order. This works wonderfully well when step sanding your finished turning project. Simply cycle your way through the grits by pulling the next grit from the dispenser and placing the used one back on top. The dispenser is made from corrosion resistant galvanized steel which also makes it extra durable for the workshop environment. It can be mounted flat against a wall or it can be mounted to a table top. Of course you don't have to mount it at all. The dispenser measures 6" tall, 3-1/4" wide (at base tabs), 2-7/16" wide (actual abrasive holder) by 1-1/2" deep. Mirlon Total 4-1/2" x 9" Pads

Mirlon Total is a new innovative product from Mirka. The product has been developed using Mirka innovative Total Coating Technology. Mirlon Total is more aggressive than its forerunner Mirlon and is more open and more flexible. The strengthened fibers make Mirlon Total strong and long-lasting. The product produces a dense scratch pattern and rapid result when sanding. The dense scratch pattern reduces the tension in the surface, which ensures a good result when painting. Mirlon Total is mainly used for mattening of hard-to-reach areas prior to painting. It is also used when feathering out, removing over spray in a blending zone and for spot repairs. Mirlon Total can be used both wet and dry.

Non-Woven Pads

Our 6” x 9” non-woven abrasive pads are manufactured from tough synthetic fibers that will not rust or splinter like steel wool. They can be used for dry scuffing or even with chemical solvents. The pads easily conforms to cracks and crevices. Use on many different materials including metal, ceramic, plastic and wood.

Sanding Star

Sanding Stars are the ideal tools for sanding very contoured or profiled wood or metal parts. The Sanding Stars are made from a very flexible cloth-backed material making them perfect for finish sanding. Sand contoured and flat surfaces, raised panels, moldings, turnings or carvings with these industrial abrasive sanding stars. Deburring raised grain is possible without destroying the intricate features of a work piece. Sanding Stars are 1/4" Shanks.

Designed for pin-end or pin less scroll saws, each sander consists of an abrasive strip which is mounted like a scroll saw blade.
