CA Glue provides the hardest, most durable, high gloss finish available for small turned items and is widely used for pens, bottle stoppers, turned lidded boxes, pendants and more. CA finishes are easy to apply and finished with very fine abrasive polishes. This process is easy, fast and provides a very long-lasting brilliance not achievable with traditional finishes. Cyanoacrylate is the generic name for a family of strong fast-acting adhesives with industrial, medical, hobby and household uses. The CA finishing Master Kit comes with everything needed to achieve your own brilliant and durable finishes.
C/A Finishing Master KitThis is a serious shop lamp. Good lighting is one of the most under-appreciated assets for fine woodworking, especially handwork at the bench. It is a shame to see an elaborately equipped shop with nothing more than fluorescent ceiling lights illuminating the workbench. C/A Finishing Master Kit Includes:
 Accelerator - 6ozWhen bonding, spray glue on one area and apply CA to the opposing area. Position Material together and hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Whe filling cracks or voids apply glue first, then spray accelerator over glue. Glue will cure in 10 to 20 seconds. 
Medium CA Glue - 2ozThe EM-150 is a general-purpose adhesive that possesses an oil-like viscosity. It has certain properties of both the thin and thick, such as the ability to penetrate narrow slots, bond closely-fitted parts, and fill small gaps. Similar to the thinner CAs, the EM-150 is also used as a finish by applying several coats, sanding, and then polishing to a high gloss. 
Thin CA Glue - 2ozThis watery-thin adhesive infiltrates hairline fractures, pores, and narrow slots filling any empty voids. Well suited for porous and fragile material such as soft wood (balsa), ceramics, unpolished rocks and minerals, and fossil bones. The EM-02 will immediately soak into a soft, porous object until it is fully saturated with the CA. Soft Touch 2" x 2" Sanding PadsSand with these Micro Mesh Soft Touch Pads & get a remarkable hi-gloss, scratch free shine on your plastic or resin impregnated pen blanks. Works great on surfaces that include stabilized woods, acrylics & solid surface materials. The kit includes nine 2" x 2" color coded foam backed abrasive pads ranging from 1500 to 12000 grit plus detailed instructions. Long lasting and easy to use.

 20/20 Plastic-Polish - 2ozDesigned for removing scratches from plastics, Craftics 20/20 Plastic-Polish is used with 0000 steel wool or a flannel cloth to obtain a low sheen or satin finish on plastics. A small amount is applied with a soft cloth while the lathe is running. It is striking when used on plastic turnings which have been grooved or decorated with a chatter tool. The white polish will stay in the grooves and create a contrasting pattern. 
 Pro Flex Gold - 2ozGold Proflex is a stearate coated abrasive paper for dry hand sanding of wood, fillers, paints and lacquers. The backing consists of a flexible, impregnated latex paper that provides desired flexibility and conformity in profile sanding operations as well as on flat surfaces. The paper has an anti-slip coating on the back side in order to provide good grip and feeling during the sanding. Gold Proflex has aluminium oxide grain, which provides a good cut and an excellent scratch pattern. 
Easy Buff Pen Buffing KitGetting your finished acrylic and C/A finished pens to look there absolute at best can be challenging. With the Easy Buff Pen Buffing Kit you'll be able to achieve the perfect finish using the two wheel buffing system that attaches right to your lathe by way of a mandrel. 
A Shine That is Sure to Look AmazingThe buffing wheels slide right on to a 7mm mandrel (not included) and are spaced apart using special spacer bushings. Once mounted, apply the blue compound (included with kit) to the Linen wheel and buff the pen part until the desired luster is reached. Finish the pen part off using the cotton wheel for a shine that is sure to look amazing.
