Aluminum Precision Adjustable Drill Press Fence

This is a uniquely designed uni-body, L-style aluminum fence that is completely adjustable to achieve squareness to your table top and drill bit. It not only makes drilling straight holes easier, it makes drilling taller, longer stock much more accurate.

Quick Adjustments

The fence is secured to your table top using two sets of ¼” x 20 knob and t-bolts. The knobs can be loosened for quick adjustments to the positioning of the fence. Once in place, simply tighten the knobs to secure the fence into the needed position. The fence measures approximately 24” in length and is about 2¼” tall. It has a slightly recessed slot across the face of the fence for the PSA center finding tape measure to sit flush.

Flip Stop for Repetitive Drilling

The fence system also includes a flip stop for repetitive drilling. The flip stop can be completely removed from the fence or it can be positioned up and out of the way when not in use. The stop works in conjunction with the center finder tape on the fence. The reason for the center finder tape is so you can accurately measure distance starting from the drill bit and work your way out from center. This method of measuring on the drill press comes in very handy on many drill press applications.

Easily Adjustable

To adjust the fence, you simply rotate the pre-installed set screws inside the fence or the ones on the back side of the fence until you are square. We recommend using a machinist square to accurately do this (square not included).

Specifications

The fence can be used on multiple brands and styles of after market drill press tables. Be sure to measure your drill press tables dimensions before purchasing. The distance between each fence slot (inside to inside of each slot) is approximately 8-13/16” and approximately 9 3/8” on center. Make sure your mounting tracks properly align with these dimensions and that your tracks use ¼” x 20 t-bolts or hex head bolts. Each slot is approximately 5/16” wide and 1-7/16” long.
